Fenice Theatre is known by the connoisseurs to be one of the best Opera Houses in the world. The location is possibly the best in Venice Historical Centre for its quietness, beauty and central position. The public transport stop and the supermarket are only 3 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.
It is composed of 2 apartments found on the same building: the Verdi and the Bellini. It is laid out in total on about 240 square meters on 3 levels, it is absolutely quiet, and it is full of natural light flowing through the many windows. Original Venetian distinctive features such as Terrazzo Veneziano and fishbone parquet flooring, Stucco Veneziano on walls, Murano glass chandelier and plenty of mirrors, arched windows and high ceilings are just some of the highlights. The interior design project is ambitious, the result is a distinctive and inspiring ambience.
The Opera offers hospitality to 9 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: at the 3rd floor there are 2 doubles and 2 bathrooms, at the 4th floor there are 1 double and 1 single plus a large bathroom, while in the attic there is a large double bedroom with bathtub and toilet.
Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system, there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.
