Situated on the third and top floor of a 17th-century building that has recently undergone a complete renovation, this apartment embodies the charm of a classic Venetian attic, featuring exposed beams and trusses in perfect harmony with furnishings signed by renowned Italian designers.
A centuries-old stone staircase leads directly to the central living room, illuminated by a large skylight at the heart of the home. From here, one can access the four bedrooms, each equipped with a spacious en-suite bathroom featuring either a shower or a bathtub.
The beating heart of the house is a stunning custom-made kitchen in Marquina marble, fully equipped and perfect for a cooking class or a family meal with friends. A large glass dining table seats up to 12 guests, and as the pièce de résistance, an internal staircase leads to the 40 sqm rooftop terrace. Our stay in Venice was absolutely perfect! The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and in an amazing location—close enough to everything but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and away from the crowds. The rooftop was a true highlight, offering a quiet spot to relax after exploring the city. The hosts were incredible—Apple, Danyelle, Veronica, and Tracy went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They responded quickly, helped us with transportation, and truly made navigating Venice so much easier. I honestly don’t know how we would have managed without their guidance and support. I highly recommend this home and these hosts. They were amazing, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat
This property made us enjoy Venice way more than if we had stayed anywhere else. The location is amazing. It is an amazing location away from the crowds, in a high end residential neighborhood that really allows for a Venice experience. The Redemption celebration in July takes place on this side of the city, in the water, so when we arrived, to our surprise, we were able to have first row view of the fireworks from the roof terrace. Best fireworks we have ever seen , we could also see the boats from there and enjoy the party from the comfort of our Truly Venice home. We went with our kids and family and every one had a good night sleep and a great time. The only thing to note is that there are stairs to go up to the home as it is on the second or third floor. The staff was very responsive. They helped us book our water taxis and the water taxi comes right in front of the house. There is ocean view from some of the bedroom windows. Kitchen is fully equipped, everything is new.
We received an upgrade to an apartment in the same building. It was wonderful. The apartment was great. Very very clean! Location was excellent! You feel like a local. The team that manages this does a great job. They can help with taxis, or anything you need. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Beds were comfy. The AC's worked great! The house has a rug, which a lot of Italy places do not. It really made it feel more homey. We had a great stay and would stay here again. Even for an extended stay it would be great! Thank you!
Better than the photos. The beds were the most comfortable I ever had in Europe! The rooftop patio was perfect for sunset and relaxing at night. The private water taxi drops you off 20 steps from the doorway. The AC in every room was amazing! And the washer/dryer on the main floor was superb. Last, I the communication and hospitality of the host was superior. Highly recommend if you are looking for lots of space to spread out and in a quiet location.
Great communication day of check in and prior to checkout. Very quick response to emails and local number. Great location, convenient and walkable. Apartment decor is new and tastefully decorated. Really loved being checked in by a representative who showed us where things are in the apartment, local things, and rules. Apple was very helpful in answering our initial questions. Would stay again if visiting Venice again!!!!!
