The apartment's living area is expansive and furnished with a large, comfortable sofa and two beautiful armchairs, all capable of accommodating up to 8 people. An extra-large dining table can seat up to 12 guests. The fine furniture, carefully chosen to satisfy even the most sophisticated taste, is complemented by an invaluable Venetian chandelier.
The apartment consists of a king-size master bedroom with breathtaking canal views, a comfortable walk-in wardrobe, and an ample bathroom featuring a large shower cabin. The generous second bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and can be accessed via a secret door through the kitchen, as shown on the floor plan. Additionally, there are two well-sized bedrooms overlooking the canal that share a good size bathroom with a shower cabin.
The kitchen is fully equipped to satisfy the most discerning cooks. It features a large fridge with a separate freezer, an induction stove of the highest quality, a top-tier oven, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a large toaster, and an excellent selection of tableware. This is the perfect setting for hosting a dinner with a private chef, which we can arrange for you. The beautiful dining table comfortably seats up to 12 people.
Each room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and excellent Wi-Fi. Great attention has been paid to the quality and comfort of the beds. Each bedroom is furnished with two single mattresses, allowing the option of creating two singles instead of a king-size bed, if desired. When used as a king-size bed, they are topped with a thick, luxurious 5-star hotel-quality topper to ensure maximum comfort. Each bed is prepared with four pillows of varying heights for added comfort.
The Soranzo A apartment is located on the second floor of a 16th-century building, featuring a spacious Venetian entrance hall that leads to a private courtyard accessible to our guests, complete with tables and chairs. In the spring, the courtyard will be adorned with plants to enhance its beauty by summer. Adjacent to Soranzo A, you’ll find Soranzo B, an apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, suitable for up to 6 people. One floor above, on the top floor, is Soranzo C, which boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (including an amazing terrace!) and accommodates up to 8 people. These properties are ideal for hosting larger groups of friends and family, offering space for up to 22 people while ensuring maximum privacy for all guests, all within the same location.

October 2025, Urvi (Usa) We had such a great time at this location and had become one of our favorites! We loved place it was clean, looked like the pictures, and felt like a home away from home. The location was great since it was near restaurants, but it was also quiet. And if we wanted to be in the bustling part of the city, the water bus was a 5 min walk and only one stop to the area! We loved that the host offered a taxi to pick us up, gave clear instructions, and one the best options was a private chef! We LOVED Mauro the chef and hope to see him again one day. During our over the week long time in Italy, this was by far our favorite place and hope to come back again. We would absolutely book here again! Thanks again!

Great place. Better than the photos. Location was good. Walkable to stores and water taxi. An elevator would have been nice as well had a lot of luggage, but was manageable. The host promptly arranged a water taxi for check in and out and i would recommend you get that. Brilliant lobby and dining area. San marco square is just a water stop away.& venice is mostly walkable. Will stay again if i am in venice. Clean and newly renovated do not miss.

Soranzo A was absolutely perfect! The sleek, modern apartment is spacious with excellent AC, a brand new kitchen, and pristine bathrooms. The super comfortable furniture made it feel like home. Tracy did an amazing job onboarding us with insider tips, and their guidebook led us to incredible discoveries. The location near Salute water bus stop is ideal for exploring. Daniela was incredibly responsive and even helped us book a water taxi. The place was spotless and the service went above and beyond. We honestly can’t think of how to improve this place - it was perfetto! Highly recommend for an unforgettable Venice experience.
Our stay at this beautiful apartment in Venice was nothing short of magical! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality, Marco took us in the pre booked water taxi directly from the airport, then Apple waited for us at the Deck and took us upstairs . The apartment itself was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The state of the art kitchen and living room!!! The location was ideal—tucked away in a quiet, charming corner in Dorsoduro, the Salute vaporetto stop was yet just a short walk from us and what can I say about all the iconic sights?? Waking up to the sound of the water in the canal and enjoying a morning espresso by the canal was an unforgettable experience. The view from the windows was pure Venice—gondolas gliding by and picturesque bridges around every corner and those sunrises!!! Wow!! Breathtaking!!! Everything about our stay felt effortless, from check-in to recommendations from our wonderful host. Truly Venice did a wonderful job accommodating our requests We couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience the magic of Venice, and we’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommended!
