The fortunate guests of this property will also gain access to the shared garden on the back of the house, rarely used by the guests of the Palladio “C” the other unit having access to it.
The property is laid out on about 150 square meters and is composed of a large open space living area, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an attic level that can be used as TV room, playroom, or extra bedroom with a sofa-bed for 2 singles. We recommend this home for 6 people but occasionally can accommodate up to 8 people.
The living room is particularly bright and cosy with plenty of comfortable sofas and the classic Fontana Arte coffee table. From here you can enjoy the best view. The large Saarinen Tulip dining table found in the central part of the open-space fits comfortably 8 people. The neat kitchen is full optional and very functional.
The lighting of this property is particularly charming: during the day it is incredibly bright thanks to the reflection of the sun on the water and the skylights, while during the night the stunning Murano Glass chandelier found above the dining table matches surprisingly well with the designer lamps places in the other rooms.

For large groups such as family reunions or weddings we suggest renting the Palladio “B” in combination with the spacious Palladio “A” which gain access from the same shared entrance but doesn’t have access to the garden.
