It is located a few steps from the Basilica della Salute, probably the best place in the city for a walk in the sun and an exceptional view of the San Marco Basin. Public transport, the Spirito Santo vaporetto stop, line 6, which is right next to the apartment, takes only 15 minutes (2 stops) to reach the Lido, allowing guests to easily access the beach, while the Salute stop, line 1, which is a 3-minute walk away, connects with only 1 stop to Piazza San Marco. The Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Punta della Dogana with the François Pinault Foundation are around the corner.
It consists of a total of 4 double bedrooms that can be prepared as twins on request and 3 fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower.
