The Vaporetto stop and the supermarket are only 3 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.
It is found at the 4th floor of a historic building with a large and easy to climb stairway, so don’t be worried for the steps. It is full of natural light and features open views over the rooftops of Venice. The Verdi apartment is laid out on about 120 square meters and is composed of a large living room, generous size dining room with fully-equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom (located between the entrance and the double bedroom, therefore it is a "walk through room"), 1 luxury full bathroom with shower, plus a separate toilet which is mostly used by the guests of the master bedroom in the attic.
Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and there is a Smart TV in the living room, beside all other basic electrical appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction stoves, microwave, fridge, etc.
We highly recommend the Verdi apartment for 4 demanding guests who are looking for a truly charming and exclusive home, but the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
