The San Moisè is a real home located halfway between St. Mark’s Square and the Fenice Theatre, the two most important landmarks in the San Marco District.
It is found at the 2nd floor with elevator of a small building facing East and South on picturesque canal, square and the spectacular Chiesa di San Moisé, one of the most remarkable examples of baroque architecture.
Calle Larga XXII Marzo is “The High Street” where the most important luxury brands fight to have their boutiques and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.
Also, the most important luxury hotels of the city such as Gritti, Bauer, Luna Baglioni, Westin Europa & Regina, Monaco, are found in the immediate surroundings: this apartment is much larger and comfortable than one of their hotel rooms, while definitively more affordable.
The San Marco Vallaresso Vaporetto stop is only 2 minutes’ walk away, while if you take a private water taxi to get to the apartment you can dock within 2 minutes on foot and with no bridges in between.
The apartment is flooded with natural light all day long. Elegant interiors and remarkable artworks confer prestige and a welcoming feeling. It is laid out on about 100 square meters: entering the central corridor you can access the spacious living room on the left, the functional and well-equipped kitchen, or the bedrooms area on the right. The living room is the most important room for its incomparable panoramic view that ranges from the Canal, to the Church, to the Square and historical buildings all around! Each window offers a different perspective on the beautiful surroundings, including the San Marco Bell Tower and the Grand Canal on the background.
The master bedroom is also very spacious and bright, furnished with nice antique wardrobe and chest of drawers, with direct access to a remarkable white and green marble en-suite bathroom, fitted with both bathtub and large shower cabin. The second bedroom in much smaller and is furnished with two single beds and a small wardrobe. A second smaller bathroom with shower, fitted also with washer and dryer, completes the picture.
The San Moisè apartment is also equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, four burners stove, kettle, toaster, mixer and everything you need to prepare a great meal with the delicious local produces. Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate-controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and a good TV in the living room.
