A full day cooking experience

The day will start at the bustling Rialto Market and pescheria fish market where you will source the best ingredients for your Menu together with Chiara. Back at your Truly Venice apartment you will then cook the dishes that you will select from the exciting Menu proposal and enjoy the food in a relaxed and comfortable ambience which is your apartment, just as Venetians do!

General Conditions

MEETING POINT: 9.30 am at the Rialto Market (Rialto Mercato vaporetto stop line 1)

DURATION: Full day, 6 hours

COST: 680 euro 2 people + 180 euro every extra person


INCLUSIONS

  • The ingredients are sourced together with our chefs at the Rialto Market and local shops.
  • It is cooked together during the cooking class at your Truly Venice apartment and you can then have lunch having the food prepared during the class (variations available upon request in case of food allergies and dietary restrictions).

NOT INCLUDED

  • The wine that you can buy at the historical wine store close to the Rialto Market.
  • Soft drinks.
  • Vaporetto tickets from and to the Rialto Market

CANCELLATION FEE

  • 8-4 weeks prior to dinner date 40% of the total is due.
  • 4-1 weeks prior to dinner date 80% of the total is due.
  • in case of cancellation within 1 week prior to dinner date 80% of the total is due.
