The location of the apartment is excellent both for walking and for connections by vaporetto (water bus). The two nearby stops are San Samuele and Sant’Angelo. The Alilaguna ferry to the airport stops at Sant’Angelo. The apartment is also close to Campo Santo Stefano where there are a number of café bars and restaurants The Accademia Bridge that leads to the Dorsoduro District is just a short walk away. The neighborhood has many interesting local artisan shops and nearby there are the Palazzo Fortuny and the Teatro La Fenice, and Piazza San Marco is only about 10 minutes away.

The double sofa bed in the living room can be used on request for 10% extra rental fee, the apartment is suitable for up to 6 people, but we recommend maximum 5 guests for maximum comfort.
