It is laid out on more than 150 square meters, composed of a large central living room, three large bedrooms, two nice bathrooms and a functional dining area. The recent renovation project aimed to preserve its original structure and features: of particular importance are the Terrazzo Veneziano flooring and the "tri-cellular" partition of the space typical of the historical Venetian houses. The comfort is enhanced by air-conditioning in every room, brand new appliances, Wi-Fi internet connection and Sky satellite TV.
There is a spacious and airy sitting room with comfortable sofas and two large windows with small balconies overlooking the canal, where the privileged guests of this home can relax reading a good book or sipping a cup of coffee admiring the panoramic view over the roofs of Venice.
There are three bedrooms, two of them have king size beds, the other has twin beds but can be used also as queen bed if requested in advance. In one of the bedrooms there is also a foldable extra bed that can be moved where you prefer.
The en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom is very spacious and elegant (with a bathtub functioning also as a shower), the second is more compact but has a large shower. The functional kitchen is fully equipped. In the bright dining room there is a table for maximum 6 people.

Fantastic apartment and very well located! A very bright and roomy apartment, centrally located within a few seconds walk of San Angelo. Yes, there is a good walk up stairs but the views more than compensate.April 2014, Jonnell
We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children who stayed at The Wagner in October. We really enjoyed the light, modern, very spacious, pleasant apartment and the location was great for getting all around Venice. It was easy having children there. The apartment was warm, quiet, and provided all the items we needed for a week's stay. We also like the simplicity of the decorating. The photos are a good representation. The kitchen is a bit small especially considering the size of the apartment but it was adequate for our needs.January 2012, Will (United States)
The apartment is located in a lovely part of Venice which is perfect to explore the City. Given there were five of us it was a perfect size and has really lovely views out onto a canal. The only downside to the apartment is that you have to walk up the stairs as there are no lifts, but for us we were happy with that. The service we received was excellent, and I can honestly say our stay in Venice would not have been the same without having the experience of staying in this apartment. I would definitely recommend the apartment and also Truly Venice to friends or anyone else!January 2012, Anon (United Kingdom)
We have been six people, coming from Spain, for 5 days in this apartment. It is very well situated, 30 meters from S.Angelo waterbus stop line 1. Everything is close, even a small store for getting enough provisions to have breakfast or any other meal. The apartment is in a fifth floor without lift. We were very well served via email by Daniela, who answered all our inquiries with great kindness. We absolutely recommend this flat and this company.April 2012, Teresa (Spain)
We always receive good service from Truly Venice. This flat was very conveniently situated; minutes from a vaporetto stop(allilaguna) and thus near the Grand Canal and within walking distance from most of the special places to see in Venice. The accommodation was spacious and airy and beautiful views.July 2012, Pamela (United Kingdom)
Wagner turned out to be two minutes' walk from the Sant'Angelo vaporetto stop on the grand canal. Though it required an ascent of four flights of stairs, this was well worth it. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed and, importantly, air conditioned. It was within easy walking distance of St. Mark's, the Rialto and the accademia and the convenience of the vaporetto stop made everywhere else in Venice easily accessible. The apartment was quiet with pleasant rooftop views and there was easy access to a grocery shop. The agents were excellent and were always on hand to deal with any problems.July 2012, Christian (Australia)
