It is a versatile 3rd floor apartment of about 65 square meters and fits everyone. It is affordable, comfortable and offers great value for money. The building is composed of 3 identical independent apartments on 3 levels, therefore sharing the same main entrance door and laundry room at the ground floor.
San Polo is a maze of quiet Calli (lanes) and pleasant Campi (little squares). One of the most important places of this district is Campo San Polo, the second widest square of the city after St. Mark’s Square, where local children and pets can run around and play games while adults chat, in summer there is an open-air cinema, in winter an ice-skating ring.
San Polo is known for its fine but reasonably priced Osterie and Bacari (informal traditional restaurants and bars) where you can find locals and connoisseurs. This district is in fact not touristy at all, exception made for the area of the Rialto Bridge, where the busy and colourful Rialto Market takes place every morning (Sundays excluded).
The entire building has been recently renovated but the antique architectural features have been preserved: as you can see from the photo gallery the apartment features beautiful wooden beams and Terrazzo Veneziano flooring.
The Sarpi apartment is composed of a nice living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table for 4 people, a larger bedroom with 2 single beds that are comfortably used as king size bed, a smaller bedroom with a 1,40 meters wide bed (French size bed) and a nice bathroom with large shower cabin. The apartment is perfect for 3 guests, but if one couple do not mind sharing the French-size-bed can be suitable for up to 4 guests, especially for short stays.
It is equipped with air conditioning system, satellite TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet connection, beside all basic electrical appliances such as washing machine, large fridge with freezer, oven, 4 burners gas stove, kettle, etc.

This apartment was a pleasure to stay in. Really clean and comfortable with a good central location giving the option of joining the tourist throngs at the major attractions or working your way into San Polo/Santa Croce where resident Venetians could be found. We bought a 3 day vaporetto pass but found we could walk to most locations we wanted. We did use the No 1 to go out to the Lido - very enjoyable. The process of meeting the agent was trouble free and his recommendations for good dinner locations were valuable. We enjoyed the noise and colour of the fruit and veg arriving under our windows in the morning but some may not. Only regret was that we only had 3 nights to enjoy ourselves at Sarpi 3.April 2019, Sally (Australia)
Our group of four adults stayed a week at the Sarpi3 apartment. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. We were warmly wellcomed into the apartment and everything was handled smoothly during our vacation. Location of Sarpi3 is excellent: less than 100m from the Rialto bridge and the market place. Nearest Vaporetto stop is also very close. We enjoyed our holiday!March 2019, Jouni (Finland)

Great apartments in a classic Venetian building. Location could not be better and the standard and quality of decor and facilities was first classMarch 2019, Robert (UK)
Just wanted to say a huge thank you, having just returned from our holiday in Italy and our stay in SARPI 3 APARTMENT recently. We had a great time and the apartment was lovely! With you meeting us off the boat, showing us the delightful apartment with everything we could have asked for, was really great and welcoming. The apartment is in such a brilliant location: in the heart of Venice but, I think, the better/quieter side of Rialto Bridge. It was fun to be able to just step outside the door and be in the midst of it all - turn right and join the growing throng of tourists to see the most famous sights; or turn left and quickly walk to the less crowded but still lovely avenues and their treasures. Thank you so much!August 2018, Justine, Dick, Chris & Stephanie (United Kingdom)
Our party of 7 adults took this apartment and the apartment below (Sarpi 2) for a holiday in Venice. It is the perfect combination of a peaceful apartment close by the delights of shopping and eating around the Rialto market. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very comfortable and has a basic but functional kitchen. The stairs up to the apartment are a little bit of a challenge for tired legs at the end of the day, however the cool and serene environment awaiting you at the top of the climb made the efforts very worthwhile! Truly Venice agency HQ and local representatives are all extremely helpful. I can highly recommend booking their water-taxi service from the airport direct to the apartment - it made our arrival exceedingly special, as well as exceedingly convenient!April 2017, Henrietta (London, UK)
We just wanted to say how very much we enjoyed our stay in Sarpi 3 Venice last week. The apartment was fantastic and we felt at home straight away - it was perfectly situated and we walked everywhere. It was great to be able to come back after a long day of sightseeing and relax before heading out again for dinner. When we visit Venice again we would definitely look you up and would be more than happy to recommend you to family and friends. Thank you again for your assistance in allowing us to store our luggage - this enabled us to enjoy our last day in Murano - just beautiful! Please pass on our thanks to Riccardo for his help and recommendations. Hope to book with you again soon.August 2015, Justine (United Kingdom)
We wanted somewhere where we were close to the main areas of Venice where we could come and go as we pleased. A quick stroll around the corner to the Rialto Market for breakfast...and then off for the day. Clean, bright, spacious, fully equipped if you want to self-cater, and surrounded by restaurants if you don't! I thought it might be quite noisy given the location, but not at all. It couldn’t have been better. A couple of 'personal' recommendations meant you felt like you were eating in places that local Venetians would eat rather than the well trodden and overpriced traveller eateries. Truly Venice will arrange water taxi transfers to the airport - a particular favourite of the kids. A great apartmentMay 2015, Ian (United Kingdom)
Just a quick note to say how happy we were with our stay in the flat. I was nervous to book something that didn't have a long record of solid Trip Advisor reviews, but my concerns were completely unfounded. The flat was lovely, the location was ideal, and everyone with whom we interacted was very professional and helpful. We particularly liked the recommendations for restaurants and sites that came in the folder for the flat. It contained a few gems that enabled us to see a wonderful side of Venice.May 2014, Kelli (Denmark)
