The Rooms

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a back massage machine, a bathtub with a Jacuzzi, and two sinks.
The Oriental Bedroom has a baldaquin queen size bed and a bathtub with a hand-held shower.

The Green Room has twin beds, which can be converted into a queen size bed. There is one sink in the bathroom, a shower and bathtub. It opens onto a loggia with two chaise lounges.
The Columbia Room can accommodate two children and has a half-bath plus a TV and Computer.

Charming interiors


In the Kitchen, there is a pizza oven, a Smeg refrigerator/deep freeze, a microwave oven, and a 5-burner stove and oven, plus numerous cook books. Breakfast is served in the kitchen/dining area.

Super-equipped kitchen


Outside amenities

A travertine table just outside the kitchen seats 11 people. There are candles for the evening and a chandelier in the grapevines overhead. There is also another table which can be set up under an umbrella for 4-6 people.

Lovery outdoor dining area


The pool sits next to the pergola which is covered by wisteria and roses, overlooking the Tuscan country side. There are 4 chaises longues with mattresses which can be brought to the pool from the outside day bed.

An exclusive private swimming pool with shelter


There is a kitchen garden with flowers. You are welcome to harvest vegetables from the garden for meals, and to cut flowers for the house.
There is a covered living room porch which is used throughout the summer with a nice view on the Italian style garden at the entrance of the Villa.

More pitoresque living spaces


Two maids come to serve breakfast and to set up the rooms. If you require more service it can be arranged at €14 per hour per maid.
