Rezzonico Palace

Rezzonico Palace is a really great place to stay. The location on the Grand Canal in the Dorsoduro is perfect for exploring by foot or Vaparetto. The apartment is beautiful, large, bright and really comfortable. The kitchen and the bathrooms are basic but functional. The large airy living room is delightful. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and plenty of space and the garden is really fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend this as a truly special place to rent in a magical city.

Rezzonico Palace

The Rezzonico Palace apartment was just right for our family that included 1 7-year old. Apartment was well-appointed and located close to vaporetto stop in a less touristy area of Venice. Daniela was responsive to our needs and communication during rental process was good.

Rezzonico Palace

The apartment is in a wonderful situation - so good to arrive by taxi at the water gate. We four were very comfortable but sadly we were not able to use the splendid garden very often due to the rain. We were given excellent advise about restaurants and were able to eat very well at many small establishments in the area. Do book! The local supermarket was closed for refurbishment the week we were there but we know from past experience that is good. My birthday treat was The Marriage of Figaro at the Fenice. Wonderful!

Rezzonico Suite

With windows directly onto the Grand Canal the view could only be bettered by a gondola ride! The thick walls and ancient roof-beams were those of a palace. No where else in Venice, not even in the museum next door, did I see a larger or more elegant garden. We enjoyed the proximity to the major sights of Venice in the authentic atmosphere of Dorsoduro and convenience of what felt like our own special home.

Rezzonico Suite

We had a fantastic stay in this suite for the Vogalonga weekend in June this year. The location of the suite on the banks of the Grand Canal was absolutely wonderful, and a private garden at the back was a great bonus too. The rooms were not enormous but the decor was very traditional and we were very comfortable. We had access to the Grand Canal itself to watch all of the rowing during the regatta and this was the highlight of our stay. The service that we received from the agency in arranging our accommodation and in reserving restaurants once we had booked, was absolutely fantastic so I thoroughly recommend the agency for all their hard work. Bravo!

Rezzonico Suite

The representative of Truly Venice met us on arrival and provided us with very useful information about the accommodation and local amenities (very important when our arrival was on a Sunday afternoon and many food stores were already closed). The apartment was well furnished and extremely comfortable for two people. The caretaker was very friendly and (after obtaining permission from the owner) showed us around the private apartments upstairs. We had our own private garden-a rarity in Venice. The view from our lounge windows was directly onto the Grand Canal and became a constant source of fascination at all points of the day and night.

Bellini

Eleven of spent 6 nights at the apartment which was perfectly located away from the crowded streets of St Marks Square. We found the apartment clean and spacious and it was perfect having 5 bathrooms .

The first night we were all eaten alive by mosquitos but after investing in some plug in mosquito repellents that problem disappeared. The bedrooms on the canals were a little noisy, in the mornings but the bedrooms perfectly comfortable.

The kitchen was adequately equipped but maybe could have benefited from another serving dish or bowl as we ate most of our meals at home, and found staying in an apartment with so many a much cheaper and practical than a hotel room .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back!
