The Leone Premium is composed of the two interconnecting apartments Leonina and Leonessa (see links below). Strategically located in the beautiful Dorsoduro District, this is probably one of the most fascinating contemporary 4 bedrooms apartment you can find in Venice.

There is a laptop with Wi-Fi internet connection at the apartment and there is a laundry on the ground floor. Every room is air-conditioned and the temperature can be adjusted individually. The structure of the house grants maximum privacy and quiet, allowing to gather all together around the same living room and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with every possible amenity.

It is easily accessible (2 minutes walk to the Vaporetto stop), newly renovated with high-class furnishings and designed to please also the most exigent guest. This home also has a nice balcony with view on a canal. This is one of our favourite areas for eating out but there is also a supermarket, and a small open-air fruit, fish and vegetable martket close by if you wish to cook at home. There are numerous coffee shops to relax at and fabulous bakeries...
