The Rubino and the Smeraldo apartments may be unified thanks to the secure door system that leads to the respective entrance doors, maintaining integral privacy and security, while doubling the living and sleeping area.
We call their combination Diamante, located in charming area of the San Marco district, just a stroll away from the world famous Fenice Theatre. There is a small wooden pier literally 5 meters away from the front door of the building which allows you to comfortably reach the property by water taxi. It has a nice entrance hall that leads to the six steps to the entrance of the apartment. The owner's recent fine renovation and the elegant designer furniture make it the perfect solution for those who want to live a truly Venetian experience without giving up the comfort of a modern house.
From its windows you can enjoy a splendid view on the gondolas drifting silently on the canal and the reflection of the coloured houses on the emerald water. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning and internet access. We recommend this apartment for two couples travelling together.

We had a wonderful time in Venice. Both apartments worked very well for us. Suggestions would WiFi (there is only an ethernet cable).
Other than that the location was perfect so central to everywhere. Our host (can't remember his name) was waiting for us when we arrived and couldn't have been more helpful answering all our questions.
