This part of the Dorsoduro zone is particularly popular due to its cultural vivacity while being very tranquil at the same time. This spot is simply loved by artist and Venice connoisseurs.

The most important characteristic of this apartment is with no doubt its great private garden that fills the living room and the bedrooms with light. The apartment can be accessed through the prestigious shared entrance as well as from the garden.

The apartment stretches over 90 square metres and has a large living room with French doors on the garden, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Unlike most of our apartments, this one was not recently renovated. Notwithstanding it is more than set off by its welcoming surroundings such as the Zattere Waterfront.
