Character is the first word that come up to my mind when I think of this prestigious penthouse located at the 4th floor of an historical palace in Campo Sant'Angelo, in the heart of the San Marco District.
This spacious attic has been recently restored by an influent architect who emphasized the architectural elements typical of the Venetian tradition using only the best materials. The project has been completed in style by the owner who furnished and decorated the apartment with refined taste.
The large windows, dormer windows and skylights confer an incredible brightness to the ambience, offering a superb panoramic view over the city. Living this home feels like staying on a giant terrace over the rooftops of the historical center. You can clearly see some among the most famous landmarks such as the leaning bell tower of the Sant'Angelo Church, the Salute Balisica, the Fenice Theatre and the Campanile di San Marco.
The open space layout is appealing, composed of a well-articulated living area with a cozy corner where are found two single beds hidden by a smart screening. There is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a table for four people and a second bathroom serving the living area.
This Venetian apartment is perfect for up to 4 guests, preferably not families with young kids. In the surroundings can be rented also the Biennale and Angelo Gabriele apartments.
