The Guggenheim is a luxury Venice apartment with one of the most fabulous views on the Grand Canal that you can find in Venice...

Located in the most exclusive area of the Dorsoduro district, between the Accademia Bridge and the Salute Church, it is found on the second and third floor of a charming historical palace facing the Grand Canal, next to the famous Peggy Guggenheim Collection.

There is a lovely private courtyard in the entrance of the noble palace which is very silent as there are only two other units in the building that are rarely inhabited. The entrance of the apartment leads to a central hall, on the right side the master bedroom (that can be double or twin) with small balcony with view and en-suite bathroom. Then there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and on the left side of the apartment there is a spacious living room with Grand Canal view and a small studio area.

On the third floor there is a cozy kitchen with all the basic appliances, a small dining table (unfortunately there is no very large table to suit 6 people in the living room, however, there is another small table in the gazebo) and there is the third bedroom (twin room) with a small bathroom. The real treat is the panoramic terrace/gazebo with 360 degrees view that is highly functional being close to the kitchen (perfect for romantic candlelight dinners) and sheltered for the colder season or the hottest days.

The excellent location and view of this house is only part of the reason why we are so in love with it, in fact the interior design is elegant and refined, crafted by a well-known designer who lived here for many years. There are all the most important amenities including Wi-Fi internet connection, TV, DVD, Hi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, etc... The only limit is the accessibility being a 2nd and 3rd floor with no lift.
