Located in an area full of small shops and cafés this apartment is close to the Ferrovia (railway station) and the Jewish Ghetto. It has recently been renovated and furnished with care. A corridor leads to a luminous living/dining room with view on the canal, a comfortable couch, an elegant table with four chairs and interesting pictures and paintings.

There is a fairly small but modern kitchen with electric stove, fridge and all essentials, a double bedroom with wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds (that can become a double bed) and a newly renovated bathroom with a somewhat small tub. Being an old bourgeois apartment in the 19th century it has lower than average ceilings, thus it is only suitable for people not taller than two meters.

The entrance room that leads to the Guglie and Violino apartment is shared, thus these two apartments can be unified maintaining integral privacy and security while doubling the living and sleeping area. A lovely apartment located in an interesting area of the city. It's a long walk-up (no lift!) so you need to be fit, but it definitely offers good value for money.
