The Rental Fee is inclusive of sheets, towels, welcoming service, final cleaning and a forfeit of 30 Euro of utilities per day (the cost in excess will be charged extra). Tourist taxes are not included and must be paid in cash at arrival (max 10 Euro per person).

This Residence is the perfect accommodation for a large group of people wishing to stay at the same place while having their own and individual privacy. The location could not be better, just footsteps off Campo San'Angelo, about 10 minutes away from San Marco, Rialto and the Accademia Bridge.

The building is composed of 3 spacious apartments laid out on 4 floors in total.

The ground floor apartment has 1 lovely double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms (that can become twins), 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room with a well equipped open space kitchen.

The first floor apartment has two double bedrooms (that can become twins), 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a small balcony with picturesque view and a luminous living/dining room with view on a beautiful canal.

The second floor apartment is the most spacious one and it is laid out on the 3rd and 4th floor. It has a very bright and has an ample living room with a wonderful library of antique books, a welcoming dining area with a balcony and water view. There are two double master bedrooms, two single rooms (one of which can become a twin), a kitchen and three bathrooms.

All apartments are full of natural light, beautifully finished with marble flooring, elegant furniture and high class finishing while ensuring maximum comfort. All kitchens are brand new and super functional (4 burner stoves, oven, fridge with freezer, kettle, moka, set of professional pans, microwave, dishwasher) and they are furnished with a table and chairs. All bathrooms are newly restored to the highest standard and there is a new and efficient air-conditioning system as well as climate controlled heating. There is wi-fi internet in all three apartments.

The property stretches over approximately 400 square meters and the apartments are connected through a spacious staircase (an easy non-steep walk up). There is also a washing machine to share on the ground floor and one on the last floor and each apartment is furnished with a drying rack.

Please contact us should you need any additional sleeping space (extra beds are available) or if you would like to book only part of the house. We have no doubt that you would be very satisfied with this property, it is perfect for 16 people but can host up to 21 people.
