A newly renovated apartment with canal view, located on the third floor with elevator in the Stucky residential building, next to the Hilton Hotel, on the Giudecca Island.

From the front entrance of the building you can take the free-of-charge boat service to San Marco and return every 40 minutes. It takes only 10 minutes to St. Mark's Square! The closest Vaporetto stop (water bus) is only 4 minutes walk to the apartment, it stops every 10 minutes and runs 24/7.

Closeby you can find the supermarket and restaurants, there is a very nice promenade along the Giudecca Canal that ends right in front of St Mark's Basin with the best view of the city.

If you come by car you can park at the Tronchetto and in 5 minutes by Vaporetto you are at home... this is comfort.

This apartment is a good alternative for the level of comfort it offers and the excellent value for money.
