A charming first floor apartment in a quiet, non-touristy location close to the Carmini Church, only few minutes to the Accademia bridge. This apartment has its own ground floor entrance onto the calle. It is on two floors and is both spacious and luminous.

A wooden staircase leads to the comfortable and elegantly furnished open plan living/dining room and well equipped kitchen area hidden behind a wooden sliding door. There is a master bedroom with fully renovated and fairly large en suite bathroom, a bedroom with TV and two single beds (that can be combined to make one double bed) and another bathroom of similar type and standard with bathtub.

Upstairs there is a rather small but cosy Attic with two single beds and access to a pretty terrace. Finished with original antique paintings, parquet flooring and furniture by Venetian Artisans, this is a really nice home for two separate couples or an extended family. Simply an elegant and comfortable base from which you can explore Venice.
