The Rental Fee is inclusive of sheets, towels, welcoming service, final cleaning and a forfeit of 10 Euro of utilities per day (the cost in excess will be charged extra). Tourist taxes are not included and must be paid in cash at arrival (max 10 Euro per person).

This home is truly spacious and centrally located, only few minutes to Saint Mark's Square. Being located in a quiet residential side "calle" (small lane), far enough from the busy tourist itinerary nearby, the Altana apartment is absolutely quiet.

It is composed of one double bedroom with a large wardrobe and air-conditioning, a luminous living room with a fantastic view on a canal and the church on the San Giorgio Island (there is a double sofa bed that is as comfortable as a normal double bed which can easily be opened and closed so during the day you can use the living room freely), a lovely bathroom with tub, the laundry room. Upstairs we find a welcoming loft with a single futon bed plus a little library and the panoramic wooden roof-top terrace.

The apartment has a functional and well equipped open space kitchen (with 4-stove burner, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, oven, kettle) that is conveniently located close to the dining area.

The sunny "altana" (roof-top terrace) offers a breathtaking view over Venice. There is a nice table with 4 chairs which is perfect for a relaxing breakfast or aperitif.

This apartment is perfect for a couple that wishes plenty of living space but it can comfortably host 4 people for short stays. Please note that the living room is not air-conditioned - but if you keep the bedroom door open and the windows shut it will cool down very well.

This house is full of light during all day and has everything you need for an unforgettable holiday and it truly makes you feel at home away from home! It is not recommended for families with small kids as there are various fragile items in the apartment (glasses and antiques) and the open space staircase is not suitable for children unless they are used to such stairs (please see the photographs of the stairs in the photo gallery).
