The lovely Orseolo apartment is found between the Accademia Bridge and the picturesque Squero di San Trovaso, in the beautiful Dorsoduro District. It is accessible in only 2 minutes walk from the Vaporetto stop. In the surrounding area you can find world famous landmarks such as the Cà Rezzonico Museum, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Punta della Dogana and François Pinault Foundation, the Accademia Galleries and other interesting classic or contemporary art galleries. Many Venice connoisseurs and influent artists bought their house here as it is a picturesque, quiet and central area of Venice. This is also one of our favorite areas for eating or drinking out, while if you wish to cook at home there are plenty of open-air fruit, fish and vegetable market close by.

It is a colourful, brand new apartment with a good sized double bedroom, a lovely living room a new bathroom with shower. The kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, it has oven, microwave, kettle, 4 burners gas stoves and all you need to cook a nice meal, if so desired. The door of the kitchen give access to the private backyard where a nice wooden table is found. There is air conditioning and wi-fi internet connection available at this apartment.

The apartment gain access from the prestigious entrance of an historical palace, sharing it with the owner that lives upstairs, thus quietness is guaranteed and requested!

This home is well above the high tide limit, thus there is no risk of flooding at all, has high wooden beamed ceilings and nice finishings.

Furthermore there is a lovely view from the living room that receives plenty of light from the 3 windows overlooking the canal. On the other hand the rest of the house might be a bit dark during winter or a rainy day.

The Orseolo is a perfect Venice apartment for romantic couples!
