This first floor apartment is tastefully furnished. The ample arched windows confer a special allure to this home. The style reminds the late '80 fashion, with intense colours and round shapes. The nice bedroom has a large wardrobe and a spacious en-suite bathroom with tub. The living room is large enough to fit comfortably a functional small kitchen, a table for 4 and a double sofa-bed.
It has been equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, flat screen TV, DVD, dishawasher, washing machine and other basic appliances.
Easily accessible with an elevator, only 2 minutes walk to the Vaporetto stop, we recommend this apartment for weekly rentals or longer stays. You will simply feel at home in Venice.

The Guardi apartment in the San Marco district was perfectly located. Steps away from world class shopping and restaurants, San Marco square, the Grand Canal and the St Moise bridge with its colorful gondoliers and yet hidden away in a quiet residential building, it was the perfect place to come home to after a busy day of sight-seeing. Lacking a canal view was actually a benefit because the canal front locations were much busier and filled with the noise of boats and tourists. We were in an oasis of calm. It was quite hot and the airconditioning brought welcome relief from the heat. We were a party of two women and felt extremely safe in this location.
Daniela and her staff were very helpful in arranging transfers and solving any problems that arose. We loved the tours provided by Martina and Eleanora, especially the Hidden Gardens of Venice where we had the pleasure of meeting some of the delightful and interesting owners of spectacularly beautiful venetian villas and palazzos and our very special combined tour of the Torcello, Murano and Burano islands complete with champagne and canapes in our luxury water taxi followed by a delicious island lunch. It was a truly wonderful venetian experience.
