Located in the beautiful Sestiere di San Marco, few steps away from Palazzo Grassi, this studio is perfect for romantic couples or single students/professionals.

It may be compact, but very luminous and really chic. It has been newly restored by the owner, an exquisite lady who rationalized the space enabling the guests to live comfortably also for long term rentals.

There is plenty of room in the wardrobe, drawers, cupboards and shelfs around the studio. The sofa bed is extremely comfy as the mattress is actually a real mattress and it is easy to pull-out, the only drawback being the width (<1.5m). The air conditioning keeps the atmosphere dry and pleasant.

There is also a small internal courtyard where you can sit outside and listen to the classical music concerts given in the Church of San Samuele, which apse is bordering with the court!
