This is a stunning apartment found in a very characteristic Venetian "Palazzetto", close to the Zattere waterfront, next to the famous Squero di San Trovaso, one of the last Gondola's boatyard left in Venice. This area of the Dorsoduro district is possibly the best location in the entire city of Venice, with its unreal quietness, picturesque sceneries and historic buildings.

This first floor apartment is spacious and airy, is both elegant and comfortable, a very charming and easy living sort of housing. The ancient glass windows and the antique furniture confer a particular historic ambience to this abode, but the absolute highlight are the custom made glass decorations of the living room door, crafted by the Murano Glass Artist Anzolo Fuga for the owner.

The terrace is particularly attractive, not only for the important dimensions, but also because it offers a privileged view on the house private garden and on the Ognissanti church.

There are two bedrooms, one king size and one twin, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, and a sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are all new.

References required and no families with many children as its precious glasses can be easily damaged and require particular care.
