The San Marco apartment is what we call a Real Home, in fact this is the winter residence of the house-loving owner who spend the rest of the year at Lido Island. The style is definitively contemporary, with designer furniture, marbles, delicate Murano glasses and plenty of lighting.

The living room give access to the lovely terrace and the smart kitchen super-equipped with high-tech amenities. A corridor connects the living area with the bedrooms, the first of the two being rather small but nice, the second much bigger with plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are luxurious, the first with a large shower, the second with spa bath. The view from the living room on the St. Mark's Bell Tower is nice and let you understand how close you are to the famed Square.

The apartment is located halfway between St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, only 3 minutes walk each side, therefore easily accessible from the public transports. The accessibility is enhanced by the elevator, only few more steps and you reached the apartment.

Despite the touristy location, this home is really quiet being located in a small "calle" roughly 50 meters from the more famous Mercerie street where can be found the high fashion boutiques and the grocery store.

The San Marco is a much recommended apartment for discerning and demanding travellers, but not for families with small kids because of the delicacy of the furniture.
