This lovely home is found in the heart of the Cannaregio district, which is an area of the city where still Venetian residents densely live, therefore you will easily find traditional restaurants offering excellent meals at reasonable prices, as well as grocery stores and supermarkets. The San Marcuola Vaporetto stop (ferry boat) is only 3 minutes walk to the apartment and there are no bridges to cross.

Colorful and stylish, this first floor apartment has a sunny terrace where you can enjoy the breakfast or a tea in total relax. Antique pieces have been skillfully blended with contemporary details. Nicely furnished and well equipped, the Lilia Premium offers comfortable living space for up to 8 people. The Lilia Premium is the combination of Lilia and Ninfea apartments (please see the floor-plan in the image gallery) and is composed of a dining room with kitchen, a living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms with large mattresses, one twin bedroom, four bathrooms with shower and a big terrace to be shared with the Fresia apartment. If your group is larger, you can combine the Lilia premium and the Fresia apartment for up to 12 people, doing so the entire first floor of this Villa (the so called Giardino Segreto) will be reserved for you.
