This is an amazing newly renovated second floor apartment, composed of two interconnecting units that are located in a historical building close to the San Marco Square and Giglio Vaporetto stop. The building has an elevator although the stairs are not steep at all (elevator only works to go up, not down).
The apartment can host up to 10 people, in the 3 spacious double bedrooms and on 2 comfortable sofa-beds that are located in the respective living rooms. Luxurious Venetian-style furniture perfectly blends with an innovative designer kitchen and lighting. Great attention has been dedicated to restore the 19th century frescoes on the ceiling of the living room. There are 4 full bathrooms, 2 with shower and 2 with bathtub. Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, wide flat screen TV and wi-fi internet connection are some of the amenities the apartment has to offer.
One of the bedrooms has a lovely balcony with a nice view on Rio de l'Albaro and the Palazzo Genovese on the opposite side of the Grand Canal, only few meters from this apartment.
Dedicated to demanding guests who desire a very spacious and comfortable house with a truly Venetian atmosphere.
These are the two interconnecting apartments:
Tiepolo apartment
1 double bedroom plus double sofa bed in living room & 2 bathrooms
Giorgione apartment
2 double bedrooms plus double sofa bed in living room & 2 bathrooms
Distances:
2 minute walk to the vaporetto (ferry) stop
4 minutes walk to San Marco Square
8 minutes walk to the supermarket
