A newly renovated second floor apartment with lift located in a historical building, close to San Marco Square and Giglio Vaporetto stop. From the windows can be enjoyed a nice view of Rio de l'Albaro and Palazzo Genovese on the background, a prestigious palace recently brought back to its splendour and now developed into luxury hotel.

The apartment host up to four people, with a spacious double bedroom and a large sofa-bed. Furnished with a sober and classic Venetian style, it has been thought to accommodate also the most exigent guest. Two luxury bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, air conditioning, modern kitchen, wide flat screen TV, Wi-Fi internet connection are some of the amenities.The building has an elevator although the stairs are not steep at all (elevator only works to go up, not down).
