The Fenice Premium is located in the San Marco district, only few steps away from St. Mark's Square and the gloriuos Fenice Theatre. Newly restored and characterized by huge windows overlooking the emerald waters of a pictoresque water channel.

From the very first steps you will be surprised by the elegance of the fitting, starting with the stylish lounge a place to relax on the comfortable sofas while enjoying the macial atmosphere of gondolas drifting silently on the canal. You will be charmed by the rich marble and mosaic bathrooms, the parquet flooring, the wooden beamed ceilings and the Venetian stucco walls that bring a feeling of warmth to the space.

The house is finished with eye catching designer details and is apt to also please the most sophisticated guest. The optimal distribution of spaces enables a comfortable stay for up to 6 people. The small private wooden pier just next to the main entrance door enables you to reach the apartment in a Truly Venetian way - by private water taxi for instance (we can arrange transfers for you from).
