This apartment is situated in an ancient Palazzo found next to the marvellous Scala Contarini del Bovolo, just a stroll away from the Rialto bridge and Piazza San Marco. As if time has stood still, this apartment reflects the atmosphere that could be found in the apartments of noble, influential Venetian families.

It stretches over 210 square meters and is fully air conditioned. The apartment is luxuriously restored and brought back to its antique splendour. It is composed of five double bedrooms (none of the beds can be divided to make twins), four of which have its own ensuite bathroom. The spacious living and dining area form a unique open space, completed with historical furniture and a fireplace (that unfortunately though cannot be used). There is a comfortable double sofa-bed in the living room and there is a second one in the master double bedroom (the most spacious one).

The house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people while guaranteeing intimacy and full comfort in the living spaces. From the windows of the apartment you can enjoy a splendid view on the "canal" and at times hear serenades originating from the gondolas passing by.

Furthermore you may treat yourself on the picturesque terrace with the charming view on the masterpiece Scala Contarini del Bovolo which dates back to the XV century. It is an elegantly furnished high class apartment, perfect for people who love beauty.

It is also possible to rent only part of the apartment comprised of three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, the living room (with comfortable double sofa bed), the dining area and the terrace.
