This luxurious apartment stretches over 185 square meters and it is laid out on two floors. It is located just steps away from the picturesque Rialto Bridge and the colourful Rialto fruit, vegetable and fish market.

The apartment is comprised of 3 good-size bedrooms all wtih en-suite bathroom (one bathroom and one bedroom is on the floor above). All rooms have roomy wardrobes. The Rivo Alto property also has a modern, functional and fully-equipped kitchen, including a table and four chairs. There is a fourth bathroom close to the kitchen and there is an exellent Miele washing machine and a dryer.

This main floor is completed by an ample and elegantly furnished living area with comfortable large couch and dining area suitable for 6 people.There is a breathtaking view on the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge from the numerous windows of the living area and from one of the bedrooms.

The area the apartment is located in is among our favorites then you are close to many fine, local and reasonably priced restaurants, you are close to the main sights of the city, short walking distance to Piazza San Marco and also a stroll to Fondamenta Nove where you can take the vaporetto to visit the fabulous islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.
