This modern apartment served by an elevator is just a stone's throw away from Piazza San Marco and yet tucked away in a quiet and pretty setting. It stretches over 120 square meters divided on two floors: on the first level there is a wooden sliding door that divides the welcoming living area from the kitchen and the sleeping area. The romantic double bedroom is like something from Casanova's time with a lovely four-poster bed and elegant curtains. There's a rich bathroom decorated with polychromatic marbles and a rather small sized whirlpool.
A spiral staircase leads to the above floor comprised of a double bedroom with TV and a small but cute attic room with a single bed (please be aware that the ceiling is a little low here due to th beams) and a quaint bathroom with shower. The room is more suitable for a child/teenager rather than an adult person.
There you may access the sunny altana, the Truly Venetian wooden rooftop terrace, large enough to seat out and have lunch on or simply enjoy a superb 360° view of the historical centre.

Overall we enjoyed our experience at a Truly Venice apartment. Especially commendable was the speed with which the staff found us an English-speaking doctor to make a house call when we experienced a medical emergency. Additionally, the ability to leave our luggage beyond the hour of check-out, the continually manned phone when we needed help or advice, and the follow up on minor problems in the apartment were appreciated. The staff is genuinely helpful and concerned.
The location is great and, despite some fears about the noise, it was always quiet, except for the bells which awakened one of our party frequently. The apartment is well equipped, with lots of towels and all the kitchen implements we could want. We appreciate the restaurant recommendations, both on the website and from the staff who met us.
