This apartment is located just 20 meters from the marvelous Piazza San Marco, in a quiet and tucked away palace. The most remarkable tourist attractions, the supermarket, restaurants and boutiques are all at your doorstep!

Completely restored and furnished according to modern standards, it is laid-out on 120 square meters. It is easily accessible from the square (no bridges!) and through the large stairway that take you to the second floor.

The entrance room is furnished with 2 single sofa beds, the living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, digital flatscreen TV, DVD, stereo, Wi-Fi internet access. The kitchen is very spacious with 3 high chairs and a table with 6 chairs. It is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, a large fridge, oven, 4 burners stoves, kettle, microwave and all the kitchen essentials. There is air conditioning too. The sleeping area is organized with a king size bedroom, a twin bedroom and a mezzanine floor with a single bedroom. The good thing is that there is a bathroom for each bedroom, 3 in total.

There is also plenty of storage space thanks to the many wardrobes and drawers. The view from the bedrooms on a typical Venetian "campo" (square) is pleasant. The Mercerie apartment is the perfect accommodation for large families or group of friends travelling together, especially if you consider the excellent price/quality relation!
