The San Trovaso is a small but well-designed boutique apartment found next to the Zattere waterfront and the famous Squero di San Trovaso (the last Gondola-Yard of Venice), in the Dorsoduro district.

The area is rich in cultural attractions such as the Church of the Salute, the Island of San Giorgio Maggiore, the Redentore's Church, Ca' Rezzonico museum, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Cà Foscari University and much more. There are also many affordable bars and restaurants serving Venetian specialties mainly for local people and students.

The beauty of the San Trovaso apartment is in fact the location, beside the stylish and contemporary feel of the interiors which have been restored with high standards and furnished with care. The big gothic shaped windows confer brightness to the environment and face a big garden full of sun.

The apartment is located at the first floor and get access from the Fondamenta di San Trovaso. The building is very safe and quiet. In the dining room there is a table for 4 people and a very nice kitchenette with 2 electric stoves, fridge, a small oven, washing machine, kettle and all the basic utensils.

The bedroom/living room is quite small, therefore the owner decided to place a brand new and comfortable double pull-out bed in order to leave the choice to the guest where to sleep, upstairs in the gallery or close to the nice bathroom with shower. The gallery can be reached through a solid metal and crystal staircase and is roughly 1.5 meters tall.

We suggest the San Trovaso apartment to couples or singles. Even if compact, it is very comfortable and chic.
