The Erizzo is a newly restored apartment located at the ground floor of small house, in the authentic Cannaregio District, only 2 minutes walk to the Vaporetto (ferry boat) stop called Orto that is connected directly to the Marco Polo Airport by the Alilaguna water shuttle service in only 30 minutes ride.

The area is rich in excellent inexpensive local restaurants such as "Da Rioba" or "I 40 Ladroni". In only 10 minutes walk you can be at the basement of the Rialto Bridge or at the Rialto Market, in 5 at the supermarket.

The highlight of the apartment is definitively the wonderful garden with a breathtaking view on the ancient Madonna dell'Orto church, created in the medieval time and completed by the Palladio in the 16th century. There are few gardens in Venice with such an exclusive privacy, size and view. Furthermore the garden is well looked after and furnished with a table and comfortable sofas.

Internally this home is bright, elegant and spacious, composed of a nice living room with TV, Wi-Fi internet connection, CD player, DVD player, a fully functional kitchen, a double master bedroom, a double/twin bedroom, two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub. There is air conditioning in every room and washing machine.

It's hard to demand more in Venice historical center considering the affordable rate! We recommend the Erizzo apartment especially for families.
