The newly listed Pisani apartment is found in the Castello district, which is probably the least touristy area of the city. It is divided between the Arsenale, the largest naval complex in Europe in the medieval age, and the important monasteries in the north of the quarter. It was then modified in the late 18th century by Napoleon, who planned what are now the Bienniale Gardens and Via Garibaldi. In the last two centuries more land was drained at the eastern extremity of the district to form the now called Sant'Elena. Other attractions in Castello include the Scuola di San Marco, the Church of Santi Giovanni e Paolo, San Giorgio degli Schiavoni, San Giorgio dei Greci, San Zaccaria and Campo Santa Maria Formosa. This district is known for the many less busy but most interesting tourist sites.

The Pisani apartment is located at the beginning of the authentic Via Garibaldi and can be reached in 2 minutes from the Arsenale Vaporetto stop, you can find every sort of shop or restaurant in the vicinities as it is a well serviced residential area. The entrance of the apartment is gained directly from the main street, an easy stairway leads to the first floor where the long living room stretches from windows facing on the street to the kitchen with access to the large terrace. This is one of the main features as there is really plenty of outdoor space here, the only limit being the limited view (the terrace opens only on one side on the gardens). There are also four small white marble tables and eight chairs if you want to have breakfast or dinner outside, plus there is a glass top table in the super-equipped and spacious kitchen for the cold days.

The rest of the house is composed of 3 nicely furnished double bedrooms (the double beds cannot be converted into single beds unfortunately), 3 luxury bathrooms with shower, plus a 4th bedroom that can be used also as a second smaller living room as it is equipped with a comfortable double pull-out sofa. In total the house sleeps truly comfortably 8 people. All amenities are guaranteed, from Wi-Fi internet connection, to air conditioning in every room. Some antique furniture and other contemporary design pieces are delicate and need to be looked after. The house is completely restored and literally spotless. We definitively recommend the Pisani apartment for groups of friends or families with well behaved children.
