This is the perfect home away from home, located very close to the coffee shop where the famous character of the novels written by Donna Leon, the melancholic police commissioner Guido Brunetti, used to go, next to Ponte dei Greci in the authentic Castello district. Can be reached from the water bus stop San Zaccaria in only 1 minute walk and in only 5 minutes walk the astonishing San Marco Square opens in front of you.

The entrance to the building is tucked away from the tourist itineraries, thus the apartment is very quiet. It was restored and furnished at the beginning of 2010, literally spotless, very bright and comfortable. In the surroundings you can find all sort of shops and good local restaurants.

It is composed of an entrance room with coat and shoe rack, a superb living room with a designer table and chairs, a truly comfortable sitting space with a great sofa-bed, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a super spacious double bedroom with plenty of closet space and a twin/double bedroom. There is wi-fi internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and other basic amenities.
