The Barbarigo apartment is located in the heart of the San Marco District, close to the beautiful Church of Santa Maria del Giglio, only a few steps to the Giglio Vaporetto stop line 1. Found in one of the most picturesque places of the city, every bridge offers the ideal setting to take a picture.

The Barbarigo is located on the third floor of an historical palace, the stairway is large and easy to climb, the neighbors are referenced and quiet. This is a smartly renovated apartment with plenty of character.

Designed by an influent architect, the spaces are functional and modular: for instance the dining room fits comfortably a dinner for up to 6 people and can be transformed in a double bedroom without scarifying any aspect. In fact the sofa-bed features a real queen size mattress and is easy to prepare, while the overhead light can be adjusted along a rail to match the position of the foldable table. The privacy for the couple sleeping in this room is guaranteed as both living room and kitchen doors can be closed. The super-equipped kitchen features dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, four burners stoves, large fridge and freezer, kettle and plenty of cooking tools.

Only a spacious wardrobe placed centrally divides the open-space kind of environment between living room and bedroom, a fine solution to enhance the impact of the antique wooden-beams and the important height of the authentic ceiling. A smart lighting system ensures warmth at every time. Beside furnishing the house with some noteworthy sculptures and paintings, the house-caring owner equipped the living area with Wi-Fi internet connection, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi. There is also a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a half-walled bathtub, perfect also as a shower. There is air conditioning in both open-space and dining room.

For those who like the genre we strongly recommend the Barbarigo apartment under every aspect. Being characterized by a very personal style reflecting the background of the owner, this house can be either loved or hated, no ways through.
