Ca' Pesaro apartment offers the luxury of a spacious 4th floor with elevator and large outdoor space with panoramic view of Venice.

This is a newly renovated penthouse apartment laid out on 180 square meters found in an historical palace, located next to the Vaporetto stop of S.Stae, in the Santa Croce district (few meters from the Grand Canal).

Venetians residents love this area as it remained authentic and quiet, not touristy at all, close to ground and water public transports and to the city center at the same time.

The house is incredibly bright, features 2 terraces with panoramic view over Venice, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The best part in our opinion is the exclusive veranda. Every room is air-conditioned and there is Wi-Fi internet connection, a big flat-screen TV (that was bought after the photo-shooting), DVD player, SKY satellite TV channels, beside all the basic amenities such as washing machine and dishwasher.

Overall the Ca Pesaro apartment is a very quiet and comfortable apartment suitable for both short and long term rentals.
