A Venetian apartment with a special allure found in one of the most exclusive locations of the historical city, in the heart of the Dorsoduro district. The Accademia Galleries and the sunny Zattere waterfront are only 1 minute walk away, the charming Squero di San Trovaso (the last "Gondola-yard" left in Venice) even closer. The area is rich of artisan shops and good restaurants.

This house is truly unique for its layout and structure. The entrance on the ground floor give access to a completely independent studio composed of a bathroom with a large shower, a kitchenette and 2 single beds that can be used also as a double bed.

The Veronese apartment is actually found at the first floor and measures more than 100 square meters and is composed of a very spacious and bright living/dining room with a designer table with 6 chairs, a double pull-out bed and a small terrace facing a beautiful garden, a nice kitchen, a bathroom with thub and a large bedroom with a double and a single bed. The bedroom has also a nice balcony facing another garden (on the opposite side of the living room). Please be aware that the stairway is shared with the care-taking landlord who uses to spend his holidays at the apartment found at the second floor.

Its Venetian flavor is given by the Terrazzo flooring and the original wooden beamed ceiling, the furniture is elegant and classic, exception made for the dining room that features some designer pieces and abstract contemporary paintings.

The Veronese has air conditioning in each room and is equipped with modern appliances for your total comfort (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, etc). Even if the total number of sleeping places would be 7, we recommend this apartment to a maximum of 5 guests as the delicate interiors might be damaged easily. If you are a large group you can stay also at the Orseolo Apartment literally next-door.
