It is hard to find a better located and more comfortable two bedrooms luxury apartment in Venice below € 3000 per week. This apartment is accessed directly from the Grand Canal, next to the Rialto Bridge, and through the elevator that takes you to the second floor. The large south-facing living area offers one of the best views you can dream of, plenty of light, high wooden beamed ceilings, Terrazzo Veneziano flooring, contemporary furniture, brand new appliances.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom is very spacious, the second bedroom with en-suite bathroom is a twin. There is a third bathroom with shower serving the living area. The kitchen is compact but well equipped. In the living room there is a pull-out bed and a sofa-bed, therefore the apartment can easily host six people, preferably four if you plan to stay for more than 4-5 days as the apartment is brand new and may be damaged more easily if rented to large groups for long time.
The Grand Canal apartment is located in the San Polo district, a maze of quiet Calli (lanes) and pleasant Campi (Venetian squares). The most important place of this district is Campo San Polo, a wide square where local children and pets can run around and play games such as soccer while adults chat, and in summer there is also an open-air cinema.
San Polo is known for its fine but reasonably priced Osterie (informal family restaurants) where you can find locals and connoisseurs. This district is in fact not touristy at all, exception made for the area of the Rialto Bridge, where the busy and colorful Rialto Market takes place every morning (Sundays excluded).
The apartment location is strategic as the San Marco district and its extraordinary landmarks are just across the Canal and you can find in the immediate surroundings every sort of shop. We recommend this apartment to everybody, no matter if you travel with kids or if you have limited mobility, the comfort is guaranteed.
