The Mocenigo is a truly exclusive and super-spacious Venetian style apartment. Located at the second floor of a palace facing a picturesque canal just a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco and Rialto, this self catering apartment is laid out over 200 square meters. It is composed of an ample living area with canal view and access to a nice terrace with table and chairs.

There's a modern and functional kitchen with oven, toaster, coffee maker (American and Moca), dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, there is a laundry room, and most importantly there are 3 double bedrooms that can also become twin, there are 2 single bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Every particular of this house takes us back to the Serenissima Republic epoch, when rich fabrics were woven by expert artisans and laid out in nobles residences, when wood was the main material used for beams, furniture and flooring, when the prestige of a family was reflected in ample rooms with frescoed high ceilings.
