This refined open space attic is a pleasure to the eyes, with its incredibly high wooden beamed ceilings and contemporary feel. There is plenty of light and mirrors that reflect it, creating a very pleasent ambience. The owner of this prestigious studio recently restored this space with eye for design and furnished it with all the most important modern amenities.

It is located only 5 minutes walk to St. Mark's Square and 2 minutes walk to the Vaporetto stop of San Zaccaria, but the best way to reach the apartment is by water taxi, which drops you off right next to the entrance. You can also find excellent food stores along the street where the house is located.

The Greci Studio is perfect also for longer stays as it is fully functional and well priced. The environment is absolutely quiet and relaxing. We suggest it to professionals, singles or couples, who stays in Venice mixing leisure and business.
