Located only 300 meters to the San Zaccaria Vaporetto stop and 400 meters to Piazza San Marco, the Favretto is a good apartment with canal view. There is only one bridge between the water bus stop and this building, only one flight of stairs to the apartment . This area, the west side of the Castello District, is charming and serviced by good shops and restaurants, still very central but quiet.

The style of the apartment is contemporary, with many windows overlooking a picturesque canal, facing south, hence full of natural light (the pictures were taken at sunset thus the apartment doesn't look as bright as it is in reality). Beside the nice view the predominant characteristic of the apartment is the super-spacious living area, perfect for families with kids or friends wishing to cook at home. In the living room there is plenty of seating space and a double pull-out bed. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge, 6 burners stoves, dishwasher, oven, plenty of useful items. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, flat-screen TV, DVD, washing machine, etc.

There is one double bedroom with plenty of storage space and a luxurious bathroom, the second bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom are found on the level above and can be accessed through the staircase in the living room. Overall the Favretto is a versatile apartment that fit for all.
