An elegantly furnished apartment located in Strada Nuova, a street filled with many boutique shops, a colourful street market and populated by locals.

This home has a corridor leading to a luminous and comfortable living room with a lovely panoramic view on the Cannaregio Canal. There is a double bedroom with mirrored wardrobe, a bedroom with two single beds, a newly renovated and spacious bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with granite hob and electric stoves.

The apartment has been recently refurbished, all rooms are air conditioned, have parquet flooring, wooden beamed ceilings (please note that it is not suitable for people taller than 2 meters) and it is elegantly furnished with some antique pieces.

It's a simple but beautiful apartment with all essentials. Some people think it may be slightly off the beaten track, but absolutely not. It's only 10 to 15 minutes walk from the Rialto bridge and it has the advantage of being close to the Ferrovia (railway station), and the Jewish Ghetto. It is a rather long walk-up to the 4th floor so you need to be fit!

The entrance door leading to this and the Violino apartment can be locked, thus these two apartments can be unified, maintaining integral privacy and security while doubling the living and sleeping area. A good standard apartment offering excellent value for money.
